Q.  I HAVE MORE THAN ONE PATENT.  DO YOU HAVE A RECORD OF MY PAST ORDERS?

A.  Yes, we have detailed customer files that track your order history.  Our Customer Service Representative will be glad to assist you in locating your past orders.

Q.  CAN I GET MORE THAN ONE PATENT ON A PLAQUE?

A.  Yes, one of our Sales Representatives will assist you in design a custom layout for any taste or budget.

Q.  WHAT IS YOUR MOST POPULAR STYLE?

A.  Our Traditional style plaques are the most popular.   It is our exclusive Trademarked design.   They are available in Patent, Trademark and Copyright versions.

Q.  WILL YOU CUSTOMIZE MY PLAQUE TO MY PREFERENCES?

A.  Our designers can create any special award you wish.  We can add color logos, photos, change sizes and more.  Please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives to customize an award for you.

Q.  HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PLAQUE?

A.  Your award is finely crafted for indoor display, and with proper care, will maintain its beauty for many years.  The metal plate will not change over time, and the wood is sealed to prevent moisture damage.  As with any wood product, you may notice a small change in color over the years.  Darker woods tend to get lighter,  and lighter color woods tend to get darker.  Dust your Award using a soft cloth with no cleaner of any type.  This will prevent discolorations and/or scratches on the surface.  Do not display in direct sunlight or near extrememly bright light to prevent fading of the wood.

Q.  WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

A.  We guarantee every product to be free of defects or it will be replaced at no charge.  Notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order if you notice any defects or damages from shipping.  These items must be returned to us in their original packaging, by an insured shipper and we will have a new item made and sent to you.  If you have any concerns, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-622-0677.  Your satisfaction is our goal!

Q.  HOW DO YOU KNOW MY PATENT WAS GRANTED?

A.  The United States Patent and Trademark Office issues a list of granted patents each week.  We retrieve this list and notify the inventors.

Q.  HOW DO I SUBMIT ARTWORK FOR MY PATENT OR TRADEMARK PLAQUE?

A.  We obtain drawings from the U.S. Patent Office using the Patent or Trademark number in your order.  Sometimes the quality of the art is not acceptable for reproduction.  In that case, we would contact you.  You can always send us your artwork via email as an attachment.  The larger the file, the better.  Files that are Vector based (curves - lines) are also good.

Q.  HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY AWARD?

A.  We ship UPS which requires a physical address for proper delivery (no PO Boxes).
